The sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I asked several questions regarding the merchandise and all my questions were answered. My questions regarding pricing were also answered and the sales rep was very prompt in sending me a quote.

I like your company because you have such a wide range of products and are easy to deal with. I have had one return and it went very smooth. It was an error on my part so I was glad to see the return authorization was handled quick and without hassle.

I ordered backstop padding with some graphics. Response time was outstanding, turnaround time on the graphics for approval was likewise. Great communication, Kristen Egg was great to work with.
