Working with IES, Inc. and their Cyberschool product was a refreshing experience. IES builds its reputation on service, and that was evident with all of their staff, from sales person, to graphic designer, through to developers and support staff.
The project was a successful one, with a few milestones along the way. This was Cyberschool’s first implementation on the Linux OS, and using the Open-Source PostgreSQL database server and Apache web server. The IES staff was very helpful, and a combined effort was needed, and together we were able overcome all little variations and difficulties that a new database server and operating system served up. This was a great learning curve for both myself, and IES, and Cyberschool itself.
IES, Inc was professional and supportive, and helped us to reach our goal. From a technical perspective I can assure you that their staff is competent and friendly, and the results speak for themselves. I enjoyed working with IES and look forward to the future opportunities for new projects to help our district work with technology.

Cyberschool has redefined the teacher communication channel. As a high school teacher, it can be difficult communicating with several hundreds of parents. Cyberschool is a great medium for communicating upcoming assignments, major projects, and class activities to parents. Students are also excited about having the ability to double-check their homework assignments on-line. Cyberschool makes this possible!

The employees at Cyberschool went above and beyond to assist the transition and learning process when we implemented our website. They did everything possible to meet and exceed our expectations for matching the design as we had expected. Always punctual with responses and timeliness with results.
