CCR was available right when I needed help, and he addressed the problem quickly, for a very reasonable price. When a computer loses its mind (as mine did), it's not the only one that needs a calm doctor. The owner (yours truly) needs clear, honest explanations of what can & can't be done. And that's what I got.
