The server load time was slow, customer service kept blaming the platform or my poor use of server space with no concrete examples of how to solve my issue. After some research I found Simple-helix and my experience has been incredible. I was wary at first considering they were a little more expensive than i was used to and their customer service seemed only to be via chat. But when I had an issue redirecting a domain from Godaddy to Simple-Helix, Godaddy didnt know whether i need an ANAME record or CNAME record. I don't even think the guy knew what those were but the live chat agent at simple-helix not only coached me through the process, he even logged into my account (at my request) and fixed all the problems I was having. I just moved a Magento website from Godaddy to SimpleHelix and oh boy, the difference is incredible! For only 20$/month, I run magento at full speed, pages load in around a second (with godaddy, it took 4-7 seconds) and it doesnt random-crash anymore like it used to do. When moving my site, it was so complicated to get things working, they helped me out in the most professionnal and curteous manner I have ever seen. All my problems were fixed within 1 day and the help was precise and knowledgeable. I talked with Alissa and Micheal and they were the ones that got me through everything (and saved my life from an angry customer). Thanks a bunch guys! Note: I'm not sayin Godaddy isn't good. I believe they are also a great host. The problem was they didn't support Magento it was slow. They also have excellent customer support. :) If you want to install Magento and work with experts, don't hesitate to go to SimpleHelix!
