This system is the most effective system I have ever encountered. After training in Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Ju Jitsu, and Aikido, I have found a system that is applicable for all situations.
A martial art that makes sense to me. I like the emphasis on efficiency and fluidity of actions (among other good things), as opposed to brute strength and fixed, rigid motion (among other not so good things). I am glad I found this school. The classes are awesome and I've learned a lot. I feel much safer and actually don't worry about my safety anymore. I know the techniques work great in a real fight.
I joined this school a couple of years ago and love the classes. The instructors are great, very knowledgable and skilled. I feel much safer today and have recommended it to friends and family. I practice with people from the MMA and I kick ass.
