Good communication, fast shipping the only thing i had a problem with was that when i bought the product it said it was new but it wasn't a big deal because they e-mailed me to see if i still wanted it because it was a refurb. So all and all its a good place to shop.
I ordered software from Sector29 on a Wednesday morning and received it by UPS that Friday (I used the standard shipping). I am highly impressed with the speed at which they shipped out the product. A+
