i needed rackAID LLC to moniter my Server, the were very great in the follow up, choosing what's the best configuration for my site, and they were fast in replying my questions in the customer services tickets. thank you

I've had a great experience with RackAid. They were skillfully able to traverse a very difficult dual server migration when a filesystem corruption wreaked havoc on our systems. Cheers to Jeff and his crew for their quick, professional advice and support. Sign me up for the long haul.

I was very pleased with rackAID - although my server problems weren't fully resolved... but that wasn't their fault. First, I was quite impressed by their response time. It was awesome. Literally just a few minutes after a ticket was submitted would go by before it was answered. That was highly appreciated. They got on the job really fast... More

I began using RackAid in about September 2008 & I have never been happier with a hosting company. RackAid is extremely fast, always available & very helpful. They helped cut my server costs and headaches. I would recommend them to everyone in the web world, period.
