We love the bar stools we got from Barstooldesigns.com. Even though there was some mix-up about when they would be shipped and when they actually did ship, the customer service people (Kendra and Adam)kept in contact with us with updated info via e-mail and even phone calls. An extremely attractive and functional website (especially compared to other sites selling barstools). Our order shipped and was received in a very timely manner and in excellent condition.
