Following a major problem with our sharepoint server which we created ourselves - We had first class support in getting ourselves going again. This is not the first time we have had occasion to use the support services and on each occasion they have been first class.
When I can't use Outlook I get into my mail via mail2web. It keeps me from missing something important or letting my mailbox overflow. I've come to rely on mail2web in emergencies and it has never let me down.
