I have an old MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 laptop from which I needed the data on its disk recovered. ITS did that for me promptly, with no problem at all. The people there are very helpful, and dealing with them was a real pleasure. And, the cost was very reasonable, too. I'm a very happy customer, and highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of help.

My external hard drive suddenly stopped working. I had put off backing it up and pretty much had a lifetimes worth of pictures. I took it to two places that guaranteed recovery. Each charged me, but both told me my pictures were lost and that no data remained on the drive. I did an internet search and found ITS data recovery. I first learned of I.T.S. Data Recovery through a special undercover report that Fox 11 News in LA did to find out of a particular company (NOT I.T.S. Data Recovery) intentionally ripping off innocent people simply trying to recover their most precious and irreplaceable data. So I took in my External Hard Drive that I have been holding on for such long time without a clue of what can possibly be wrong with it. A very nice gentleman by the name of Dan helped me out. In less than 10 minutes he told me "you know if I were another person or company I'd probably try and get money out of you; but, there is nothing wrong with your hard drive, I can see all your information perfectly fine!" after a couple of tries with a different power cord other than mine they were able to determine that the only problem I had was a bad power source!
