They were not able to recover the data from our drive but I believe ITS is still the best data recovery in town. Next time we would appreciate some more proactive follow-up on your end - we had to call about 4 times before someone called back with a status update. Thank you again for your hard work!

When my Seagate had a severe head crash, ITS provided timely and a well informed response. They explained the cause and nature of the error and available recovery options. If I find myself in a similar predicament in the future, I'd go with them again.
