It is nice having both the credit card payments and check payments from the web on one system. The hospital can have numerous people making payments in different areas. This system enables us to have printed copies of all the payments.

PDC4U has been wonderful!! We can process payments quickly either over the phone or with the patient in front of us. It literally takes seconds. One of the best features in my opinion is the Web access. We printed a notice on our bills telling the patient they can go to our website and make a payment. I noticed payments coming thru eithe...
