I have been with them for a few months. I'm impressed with the services that they provide. They helped install quite a few modules for apache at no charge. Unlike The Planet which asks $75 an hour for "administrative" work. Their reseller service is great, too.

Like the previous poster said AptHost's servers are very fast. I've hosted web sites at various hosts and none of them were ever this fast so I thought this was just the way it was.
