Amazing costumer service! They sent us the wrong color of our Step2 Whisper Ride Buggy ... & within 3 days we had the one we originally ordered! I wasn't expecting to receive it for at least another week or TWO! Awesome shipping & great service!
WOW can you say lightening fast shipping? I placed my order on Friday and it was on my doorstep on Wednesday! 5 days later, and it is a huge box (Step2 Play Kitchen) I am sooo impressed with Big Toy Express and plan on telling everyone I know about them, not to mention I WILL be ordering from them again...Awesome company!
I ordered my item on a Friday and it was on my doorstep just 6 days later. A whole week before my daughter's birthday! This in excellent company. The service is exceptional and with the shipping included in the price, you cant beat it.
