these guys are just rock solid. I have some unmanaged co-location equipment in their Toronto data center and a few days ago i got into an issue i couldn't solve. i called in for support and one of their tech staff showed up at the data center and did it for me and solved the issue - they also said it was no charge - excellent excellent service... More

Have always been pleased with experience and have used them for around 4 years now. Would not consider changing at this time, which shows my level of satisfaction because I'm quite picky! Think they're a decent company doing what I expect them to do.

I have been very happy with the service provided to me. Any time there has been an issue it was dealt with as quickly and effeciently as possible. It was a bit of a rocky beginning during the transition to Rebel Networks and I did question leaving but my worries were put to rest with their determination and hard work to fix the problem.
