I bought my Miele Antares in 2007 from Witbecks. I had questions; I called; and Matt Witbeck was very gracious and informative. I continue to purchase bags, there is no shipping charge, which is great. I would recommend Witbeck to anyone looking to purchase a vaccum.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner and a box of five dust bags on 2/17/2008. Received the vacuum cleaner, but NO bags on 2/20/2008. Called customer service on 2/21/2008 and was told they would ship the bags.
