I've been a customer of theirs for about 2 - 3 years now. To be honest, the support is the best, never could be better. Very quick and if you need help in anything, they will help you. The prices are very fair and reliable. I would never see myself changing host. You can say that I am addicted to their hosting as it is just pure amazing!!
I have been a paid user of EcwHost since 2005. The hosting is reliable, and the customer service is very helpful. They also provide customized packages if you have special needs.
Very good, got back to me within a few hours even though I set the urgency to low. Probably would have been sooner if I hadn't sent the request in the middle of their night.
