Some had less negative feedback than others. Some had more. But they all had some negative feedback. Some of it was the usual negative feedback from people with unrealistic expectations and from people who obviously had no idea what they were doing starting an LLC, or any business for that matter. So I had to filter through all that. Of all the companies doing LLC, I could find not one single negative feedback about Active Filings, only positive feedback. So that was a huge plus for me. Then I looked at what they each did and how must it cost. Some were quite expensive and some were fairly cheap. Some offered more services and some offered less services. In this regard, Active Filings offered really the most for the best price. The big selling point for me was the registered agent. Most companies only offered the registered agent for the first 6 months as part of the LLC package. Active Filings and one other company offered the registered agent for 1 year but Active Filings was far the better price. And in fact, the price I paid for all of my services, including the registered agent, at Active Filings was cheaper what most companies charge ONLY for the registered agent for 1 year. When I finally decided on Active Filings, I really expected the whole thing to take about 4 to 6 weeks, which is what most companies will tell you. In fact, I received my official papers from the state showing my LLC registered in only about 8 days after I began with Active Filings. And finally, I only emailed customer service with one question during my process. They answered my question completely in less than a few hours. So I would highly, highly recommend using Active Filings for taking care of any of your LLC or incorporation needs. I will certainly use them again if I decide to start another business.  Less
