A packaging and shipping project hit a logjam because I didn't have a 3' hanging rail. I had everything except the rail. So I called the store, explained the problem to the manager, Adrian, and asked her to cut it and then ship it by UPS. Imagine my astonishment when I answered the bell the next morning and found before a very nice young lady who said, "Hi, I'm Emily from Organize It. Here's your 36" hanging rail."

I'm afraid I just sort of stood there with my mouth open, saying, from time to time, "You drove this up here?" Now that is services far beyond the call of duty.

Over the past fifteen years or so, I have used the hanging rail system to create a seamstress's dream (although a bit small) closet, a video rack where we first discovered that you could store a lot more videos if you stored them on their long edge, a music studio in a closet, a fabulous gym (Bowflex, Concept2 ergometer [rowing machine], Balanced Body Pilates machine, with an entire wall of workout videos and books, as well as the videos to watch as we work out, and a fairly gigantic book storage system for selling off the accumulated libraries of four families. And since both my mother and my late ex-husband, whose books I inherited, were both professors of English and I and my current husband are rabid book collectors, we're talking about books in their thousands.

So for the books, we lined the wall with hanging rails and the 16" metal shelves. Then we placed the shelves far apart enough so that you slide one book out without disturbing or having to move and of the other boxes. This system has made it so easy to get to any specific box, it's amazing. This is a great system, and the staff are always patient and helpful when I come in for my latest weird project. We definitely couldn't have managed to set up all these systems without Organize-It.

We are military and just moved overseas. Having difficulty finding certain items, I rely on online retail for many things. I ordered a few can racks to help maintain and organize our food storage. The product was great, I recieved it in a timely manner. There was some difficulty with the APO address, but this company was very helpful and prompt with their response. Even offering additional help to complete my order. I had a great experience overall and am pleased to know there are still companies like this one who maintain high ethics and sound business practices, by making the customer a priority. I will definately order again and recommend them often.
