My order was dealt with professionally and timely. Reelectric showed understanding of my situation and went out of their way to get me the part I needed. I was impressed with their display of determination to do what I needed. An inspirational 'can do' attitude to seldomly seen today.

we had a good experience - we had ordered the item later in the day on Wednesday- requested overnite delivery - knowing it would be delivered on Friday. But we did get a courtesy call reminding us that it would be delivered Friday not Thursday. Great follow up
