The staff at unfinished furniture were top notch for customer service. They let you tour their store without high pressure sales tactics, but were there in a minute if you needed any help. The furniture there is beautiful and I believe a good value for the price. I have finished furniture in the past and never had problems with it looking great after I was done.
The staff was extremely friendly and helped us look for what we needed. It is talent like this in customer service that makes people want to come back time and time again. If we ever need anything else, we will think twice about going to a regular furniture store and once about coming back there.

I have bought several pieces from Unfinished Furniture Store and have loved them. My friends are amazed at the quality and how easy it is to finish the pieces yourself or have the store finish them. They have also been buying furniture there also. I continue to buy there replacing the particle board furniture that has fallen apart. I will never buy anymore cheap particle board furniture now that I have found a store where I can afford sturdy furniture that I can pass down to my kids. I recommend them to everyone especially military with all the moves that we do our furniture takes a beating. We need quality at an affordable price and I found it.

If you buy your furniture here-you've got a good deal-not at all overpriced - and it lasts for a lifetime.
The wood is solid wood-not that flimsy wood or fake wood like at some stores.
You get quality here.
Oh, the dresser I got for my daughter-there is a safety feature-the drawers couldn't fall out on her if she pulled it out too far. That's really cool and well thought out. I'm glad they have have that feature.
