I was so happy with the customer service. The item that I wanted was not in stock when I first found it. I began emailing with one of the company reps who was fabulous. I was looking for a puzzle piece, which I can use to decorate our living room. And I must say, I chose well :D I am thinking about buying a few more. It would add a good character to a 'ordinarily' wine gift at an occasion such as a house warming party and a Christmas party.
