Mary and John Boyd of Journeys Cruises and Travel have been by far the best travel agents we have ever had. Prior to working with them, we had been on 12 cruises and had many different travel agents. We felt that we were fairly knowledgable about traveling, but were afraid to travel to Europe. We were unsure of traveling without knowing the language . We were also concerened about the different money and most of all safety. Mary and John addressed all of our concerns and handled everything for us. We had several meeting where different things were explained to us. They also traveled with us and any problems we had, were handled by them. Since our first cruise throuh Journey Cruise and Travel, we have gone on four more cruise with Mary and John and they have all been perfect. Mary is so awesome! We have booked 3 cruises with Journeys Cruises and Travel. Each time every detail was perfect. Last year I decided that I would book my own cruise directly with the cruise line. Big mistake on my part. Never again. I will use Journeys Cruises and Travel for all of our vacations now and in the future. She has already booked two cruises for us this year! She was very responsive and her attention to detail was outstanding!

Jean and I just had to write and thank you for all you have done for us on our trips over the last few years. We appreciate the effort you put in to find just the right hotels, in great locations. We will never forget Venice, Rome or that few days in London. Each of the hotels were great, in wonderful locations for getting around. We also appreciate the fact that you researched several hotels in each location and gave us a choice. Going on a trip that you guys have set up for us is so worry free. All the transfers, flights, hotels and tours have been so organized that there is nothing for us to worry about. It is truly the way to travel. Every time I have a question about a trip, and I do seem to have a lot of questions, you get right back to me with the answer. That makes things a lot smoother for us. Jean and I appreciate the fact that you two are always looking for deals. You not only got us an upgraded cabin on the last cruise, you saved us money off the original price of the cruise. We never could have done that ourselves. Jean and I will never consider a cruise or land tour without using your services. As I have said in the past, I don't consider you and John a business, just good friends that happen to be in the travel industry and are willing to help us out when we travel. Thanks again. John
