Fantastic service, only thing I would say is to send things first class. Great saddle, friendly service, and has enabled me to ride again nearly 6 months ahead of schedule after a knee injury.

All items have been perfect, the only problem for me is how long you have to wait to find out when your items are going to be sent. When i order i usually need them fast (within the week). It sometimes seems faster to drive to a horse store miles away and buy what i need frm there. Overall a great place to buy products. And i will always shop... More

I thought thr service was excellant, the only thing I'd like to really see changed would be the amount spent before using the point we recieve, maybe make it a little lower. I love all the products and prices on here it's wonderful.. *any chance of some Hi Wither gear?

I bought two head collars last month, and they are really nice and exactly what I want, but the size was not right. I bought two in size cob, which is what we have been using before, and they didn't fit the horses. So now I'm ordering two new ones in size full. Hopefully I have better luck this time.
