The people at The Pony Shop are so helpful and friendly, and they know what they are doing. I have three bikes and completely trust the shop with them. I used to go to Turin--no longer; I am a loyal Pony Shop customer!
You cannot beat the quality of this shop. Whether you need your top of the line race bike tuned or a first time bike for the little ones. You can trust Lou and his staff to come thru for you.
Have been using this shop as my sole repair and new bike source in the area and have never had a sour moment. Always ready to solve any issue with mine or a friend's bike. Would recommend them to anyone regardless of where they live!
Best shop there is in Chicagoland area, hands down. The only shop that I let work on my bikes. Lou, the owner, is a great guy.
I went in to the shop just to get a feel for the types of bikes they carry and pricing. I was wanting to purchase my first road bike and John was more than helpful, briefly showing what to look for. GREAT service!
