Sent Wii in with shut down issue. iRepair Squad called and troubleshot the problem based on my explanation. Amanda walked my Wii thru from begining to end. Great Follow Up and Customer Support. I felt individual attention.
In contrasting the level of service and value received from this company VS going directly to Apple, there is no comparison. iRepair wins hands down. They've saved me allot of money and aggravation. Highly recommended!

Service was outstanding. I sent my zune in due to water damage and the company was honest with me regarding the cost of repairs. The technician stated he reset my zune and it seems to be working fine. Will definately be a return customer.
