Highly recommend this service. It made the whole process very easy and I had lots of traffic with the MLS listing. I saved the 2.5% listing agent commission. The condo went under agreement in three months and closed within 30 days in a tough market for sellers. I also recommend using the MAPASS service from MassForSaleByOwner.com and a lock box. It was a dream and made it so easy to schedule showings whether I was there or not. I wouldn't have been able to afford to sell my condo if I had to pay a listing agent.
