The new TB Fire website is outstanding! Much more information than the previous site, and easier to quickly search & find. As parents of an alum, Andrew Bean, it's gratifying to see the program continue to expand and strengthen with an established brand recognition in other parts of the US, e.g., Northeast. Andrew's 3 years of playing for the Fire resulted in his being recruited to play at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania - a member of the Centennial Conference, one of the most competitive DIII lacrosse conferences in the US. The TB Fire was without a doubt the best youth sports experience Andrew ever participated in, and it was the major factor contributing to the realization of his dream - playing at an elite level of lacrosse in college.

Continues to be a wonderful experience from three perspectives.... My two sons' as players, our family as fans and as a volunteer coach for the U19 Team over the past 3 years.

I encourage and support the emphasis of "player development" - this is why I love what we do... if winning tournaments were the objective I would not participate, don't get me wrong I love to win - the real question is what is the WIN that we set our sights on -- with respect to the teams my sons' and family have been involved with...the venues for the U17 and U19 teams have been to develop players and provide them insights into what is needed and expected to play at the next level. It has been both eye opening and rewarding to see them compete at levels through the Fire experience. It is enabling them and a number of other young men to fulfill their dreams and passions to play beyond Tampa Bay Lacrosse with competence and confidence.

The new web site looks great! I would like to see us add dimensions on player profiles, provide video and digital photography of our teams and players, provide game and player stats beyond goals and assists... include key aspects of the game i.e. ground balls, saves, shots, rides, clears man up % - man down %...

The new apparel is outstanding and helps provide branding at events, venues and tournaments. The web site investments as well as the new apparel will only heighten our players awareness and compliment the tournaments for college recruiting.

When I step back and count the 15 - 20 or so players who have in essence graduated from the Fire from the past 3 years - playing D1, D2, D3 and College Club ball - as well as our current players who have and continue to receive letters of interrest and contacts from college programs - it is rewarding to see how the club's "player development" objective is being realized.
The club's level of play and support helps them fulfill one of the many dreams I hope they realize...

My son Ryan loves playing with the Fire. He is devoted to his spring season team, but enjoys the comradeship and the competition that he has had with the Fire. The coaching staff has been terrific and they have given Ryan some great skills. He has really enjoyed the travel and the opportunity to play against some tough northern teams. I am truly sorry that he is now a senior and will be moving on.

Our son has loved lacrosse from the minute he picked up a stick. He played in a recreational league in 7th and 8th grade and was a good player. When he was in 8th grade we heard that the Tampa Bay Fire was starting a team for his age bracket. Danny Dlugozima provided us with a lot of information which made it easy for us to see that the Fire program was the choice we needed to make for our son.
Spencer has now played two seasons on the Fire and his level of play has exploded. The coaching staff does an incredible job getting the boys ready to play at the next level. They have provided Spencer with guidance to improve his game as well as invaluable life lessons on becoming a good man through honor, commitment and team work. Win, lose or draw, the level of play at the tournaments and the camps provided by the Fire are second to none.
This season was the first that college coaches have expressed an interest in Spencer. We feel he is well on his way to realizing his dream of playing college lacrosse.
