I was pleased with everything except for shipping. Someone typed in the wrong address for my package and that delayed its delivery. FedEx had to open the bill and find out the correct address. I wish that the person typing in the name and address would be more careful. Other than that my expereience was superb.

Your Independence MO store is a wonderful place to shop. They are a welcome addition to the community and they try very hard to help- this requires good listening skills! I want to express my appreciation to your store mgr at Independence, MO (MIKE). The Nall store was out of Bayer bermuda grass control and none was in the weekly shipment. I called the Independence store and Mike said they had 2 bottles. He was coming to a meeting Friday and would bring a bottle to Nall. I picked it up Sat. Thanks Mike !!!!
