The RatePoint Consumer Approval Program provides a way for consumers to let their voice be heard by the people they do business with and fellow consumers.

In this rapidly changing economy, consumers increasingly rely on each other to discover great businesses and their products through the web. Yet, this information is difficult to find in one place, can be easily manipulated, and is difficult to determine if it's authentic.

RatePoint changes this by providing a service that allows you -- the consumer -- to read real reviews about a business and submit real, authentic feedback.  Every RatePoint business member is verified and has agreed to abide by our Membership Program Guidelines to ensure that they are trustworthy and reliable. In the event of a negative experience, our members are required to make every effort to resolve an issue or complaint within a reasonable amount of time.

Consumers can search the RatePoint directory to identify member businesses and submit and read reviews about business.  You'll also find valuable business profile information on more than 19 million businesses (members and non-members), including maps and directions.

Need to resolve a complaint or problem with a RatePoint business member?
If you have a problem or compliant about a RatePoint member business, we'll help you resolve it.  The RatePoint dispute resolution process is an easy and effective mechanism that opens the door for communication between businesses and consumers. It gives you the opportunity to work with the business to solve any problems and turn what could be a negative experience into a great one.

To start the dispute resolution process:
Simply submit a review via the RatePoint members' website seal or through their business profile in our online directory. If the business is a RatePoint member, they're bound by our Membership Program Guidelines to try to resolve your issue in a timely and efficient manner.
