RatePoint is easy to use for both businesses and consumers. Through a single, easy-to-use interface you'll be able to collect, manage and promote your feedback and reviews. Here's a quick snapshot of how it works:

Collect Feedback and Reviews

Easily collect customer feedback and reviews directly through your website, e-mail and our online business directory.  Our feedback tools, including our site seal, feedback buttons, text links, pop-ups, and e-mail and survey tools, make it easy to gather real, authenticated reviews from customers. 

The review submission process is simple and effortless -- consumers simply click the RatePoint site seal, feedback button or link on your website or in an e-mail to submit a star rating and write a review.  Reviewers are required to authenticate themselves through e-mail and telephone depending on the type of review. This simple, but powerful authentication process lets you know that they are real and provides a mechanism for you to reach out and resolve issues in the case of a negative review. Once a review is submitted you'll automatically be notified via e-mail.

Manage Reviews
Manage all your reviews and feedback through a single, easy-to-use web-based portal -- the RatePoint Business Center.   Once a review has been received, you'll immediately be notified through e-mail.  Simply log into your Business Center account to search and sort reviews by date and rating, and choose which positive reviews to display. 

In the event of a negative review (a 1- or 2-star review) -- our Dispute Resolution Service kicks in and you'll have the opportunity to respond privately to that customer and try to resolve the issue before the review is posted.

With one-click you can easily publish your reviews from your Business Center account.  You can also choose to automatically have all positive reviews pushed out to your Site Seal and Business Profile in real time. Plus, include links to your reviews in e-mails, newsletters and any other marketing and sales materials.  Customer reviews can improve consumer confidence and drive sales!

Respond to Negative Feedback

Any negative feedback (a 1- or 2-star rating) kicks-off a RatePoint-moderated Dispute Resolution Process that allows you to interact directly and privately with the customer to resolve legitimate issues. If the issue is resolved to satisfaction, the negative review does not impact your business' overall rating and is not posted. If for some reason the dispute or complaint cannot be resolved, the original review does get posted, but as a business -- you'll always have the opportunity to post a management response.
