RatePoint Releases New Features to Its email marketing Services

New Design Editor, Addition of 140 New Template Design Options and Enhanced List Capabilities Make it Easier for Businesses to Stay Connected to Customers

Needham, Mass. - July 24, 2008 - RatePoint, a leading provider of customer feedback and online reputation management services, today announced significant feature enhancements to its email marketing services. The new features significantly strengthen the existing platform, allowing both businesses with email marketing experience and companies new to email marketing to communicate more effectively with their customers, improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

In addition, new e-mail templates that can be used to create over 140 different e-mail design combinations, enhanced list management capabilities and a new dashboard to easily track and report e-mail campaign metrics have also been added to improve customers' ease of use.
